We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the LifeOnTrack service:
We do not collect your name, precise location, phone number, or any financial information.
We never use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your data is also stored locally on your device for fast offline access.
If you enable daily reminders, we send one email per day to your registered email address summarizing your upcoming life admin tasks. Reminder emails are sent via Resend from reminders@lifeontrack.app.
You can turn off reminders at any time from the Settings screen in the app.
When you use the "Suggest what I'm missing" feature, your category names and existing item names are sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) to generate suggestions. No personal identifying information is included in these requests.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except for the service providers listed above (Supabase, Resend, Anthropic, and Google) who help us operate the app.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the app is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers (a client or device identifier) to collect usage data and to infer your approximate location from your IP address. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
All service providers are contractually required to keep your data confidential and secure.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app: go to Settings → Data → Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap "Delete my account". This immediately and permanently removes your account, your email address, your task lists, and all other data associated with your account from our systems. This cannot be undone, and no data is retained afterward.
If you have uninstalled the app or are otherwise unable to access it, you can request deletion by emailing support@harelin.com, and we will delete your account, email address, and all associated data.
LifeOnTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
